When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and reflected on our system.
  • Processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days, which includes order verification and quality inspection.
  • Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.
Return policy

CoreWell Collective is committed to providing quality products and fair, transparent after-sales support in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa. This policy outlines the conditions, process, and limitations applicable to returns, refunds, and replacements.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report the issue to:

Reporting Requirements

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide clear images or videos showing the defect or damage.
  • Once received, CoreWell Collective will assess the claim and communicate the outcome.

Shipping

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that we only ship to South African Customers currently.

South African Deliveries Only

Once your order has been collected by the courier, a tracking number will be issued and uploaded to your order.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from courier pickup, depending on your location and the courier’s service level.

While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, CoreWell Collective cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operational issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Goods

For goods shipped internationally the following applies:

  • Courier services are selected to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery for our customers.
  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the warehouse location and courier service used.
  • All Import taxes and levies is already within cost of the goods

Estimated international delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • 3–5 business days if goods are available in a local international warehouse
  • 5–7 business days if goods are shipped from another regional warehouse
  • 10–15 business days if goods are shipped directly from the manufacturing warehouse

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs clearance processes, courier operations, and factors outside of CoreWell Collective’s control.
Manufacturing, Local & International Products, Customs Disclosure

Our products are manufactured both locally within South Africa and internationally. We carefully select and partner with trusted manufacturers to ensure high-quality standards, ethical sourcing, and fair value for our customers.

Products that are manufactured and fulfilled within South Africa are not subject to customs duties or import taxes. - But Corewell Collective picks up this tab to ensure all its customers receive smooth services without any after surprises on the price.

As we dont always have control over customs processing procedure, it should be noted that this might have an impact on delivery turnaround time, but we will inform you about the delivery chain of the product at all times.
